Looking at past and present emotional patterns can help us better understand what needs to change for the future. I examine these patterns within the context of early attachments and see how they may play a role in your self-perception and present day experiences.
I aim to create a safe space and offer a supportive presence for you to feel both understood and challenged, keeping in mind that great things never came from comfort zones. My training spans various therapy models, including the relational framework which focuses on the idea of relationships as both part of the problem and the solution to many of the issues we face. I value the therapeutic relationship and will use this to help guide our work.
